At Daedo, we are committed to providing the highest quality martial arts gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Daedo account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached and packed securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
